The Connecticut Institute for Social Entrepreneurship (CISE)’s Human Rights helps participants understand concept and importance of human rights basic as well as notions of public ethics and the law throughout history and in the current international context. The CISE Human Rights course also explore complex issues including Disability Rights, Indigenous Rights, Immigration, etc.
This is not a legal course, it has some legal concepts, but they are explained in the lessons. The participants don’t need any background or experience in the area to take the course.
