The Connecticut Institute for Social Entrepreneurship (CISE) is calling on qualified business experts and recent grads students who are ready to help microentrepreneurs and local leaders to scale their impacts to join our network of 100+ volunteers and mentors who are helping us to deliver our programs at no charge or at a very low cost, and currently saving nonprofit community over $10,000 a year in consultancy fees and supporting their work that impact millions of users across over 10 countries.

General

Once your application as received and approved by our team, CISE will match you to a social entrepreneur who need advice or business expertise.

As a mentor, you’ll help our fellows and alumni solve problems and assist them with a specific task such as developing a business plan, draft a proposal grant, do a market research, etc.
Our mentors/volunteers and fellows are based in more than 10 countries from around the world. You can offer business mentoring services either in person or online
The minimum time required for a volunteer is 5 hours per week until the task or project is finished.
There is no deadline.
