The Connecticut Institute for Social Entrepreneurship (CISE)’s project management course is designed for social entrepreneurs who need some training before taking on a new project or new social venture, and those some project management experience such as Executive Directors, Program Managers, Finance Managers, HR Managers, Heads of Organizations/Departments in public and private institutions. It provides participants with necessary skills, techniques, and tools in order to be more successful in managing or delivering projects and programs.

The course covers topics related to leadership, team development, risk analysis, cost management, schedule and task control, effective communication, human resource, business law, statistics, accounting, procurement, and quality control for proper planning and delivering valuable results to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
