The Connecticut Institute for Social Entrepreneurship (CISE) is thrilled to announce the launch of Small Business Conversation Series in which it invites business expert and professional from different background to share practical advice, insight, and tips on how small businesses can survive during these unprecedented times and prepare the business owners to meet the demands of a post-pandemic society.

The coronavirus has already caused thousands of small businesses to shut across the country, some partially and others now permanently. A survey by the National Academy of Sciences revealed that 41.3% of businesses reported that they were temporarily closed because of COVID-19 prior to the availability of government aid through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act.

CISE invites small business owners and entrepreneurs to join the this serie of conversations to share their stories about their work in the field and how they are responding to and addressing the impact of the COVID-19 crisis on their community.
